Working with teams can be challenging. It can really be difficult when one team player tends to be the glory-hog of the team. Finding the right people that can work efficiently, effectively and produce the results needed takes effort on all team members part. Self-evaluation is required periodically to make sure that you are in line with making your team the best it can be. Also that you are not squelching another team members efforts.
Love it Tina!

Self-evaluation is so important! Being able to step back and outside of our egos is an important component of teamwork and leadership. Self-evaluation is also important in conflict situations. Asking yourself “How am I contributing to this conflict situation?” is an important first step in resolution.

That is very true Laurie. There are times that when people are in a leadership or management position they think that they have the answers because they have been put in the position. Not so true…..
