  1. For me – humour is the key. As long as we can always find something to smile or laugh about we can get through the worst of days. Of course, achieving that 100% is impossible, but it certainly gets me in the high 90s. 🙂

  3. First I have some kind of caffeinated beverage, tea for me. Many times a sour mood is brought on by lack of quality sleep. Then I talk myself into a better mood. I walk around smiling and think about happy things, like the endearing things my spouse does or the pets getting into mischief. Cats being cute can bring a simile to almost anyone’s face.

      It sounds like you have a good routine to get you going when you really rather not. Good for you! I agree with the cat thing… puppies can do it also and there is nothing like our sweet fur babies.
