    • One of the things that I do in our medical practice is to have everyone walk in the front door and take the same steps as our patients so we can see what they see and feel what it is like to be a patient in our practice. It does give us some insight.

      • That’s a great tip. We call that ‘the end user experience’. Every now and then it’s a worthwhile exercise for all companies to test drive their product and service from that perspective to see where areas for improvement exist.
