All too often when we set goals for ourself we then immediately try to get to the finish line without thinking through the whole process of obtaining our goal. We become frustrated and defeated due to the obstacles that come in our way.
When setting goals we need to set aside the time daily or weekly to evaluate how we are doing and what we may need to change. In doing so, we will continue to move forward and not back.
