Think Happy Thoughts

Whether it is Friday, Monday or Wednesday, we need to make the best of each day that we are given.  A long time ago I started a ritual that at the end of the day when I laid my head down on the pillow, that I think about the day and find things that I am thankful for.  It is a wonderful way to fall asleep and believe it or not upon awakening in the morning I feel pretty darn grateful to have another day in which to experience life.  Give it a try, I guarantee it will be a life changer.
