Who are the people you surround yourself with?
I think that what Jim Rohn is saying is that the people you spend most of your time with have a great influence in who you will become. We all know that the people we hang out with can either elevate us or lower us to their level.
We have a choice to choose what it is we want for ourselves, but once we do we need to take action to be with those who are like-minded and also to seek mentors who are where we ultimately would like to be.
If you are unhappy with where you are at in your life or work, take some time to think about who you are hanging out with. Are they the right people to help you move in the direction you want to go? Do they have the same drive and direction that you want to have? Can you learn and grow from being with them? Are they a positive influence to you?
If the answer to any of the questions above is no, then it is time for you to seek out those people who the answer will be yes. By changing your circle of influence you can change your life.
