Be Positive and Grateful

It may seem that I post a lot about being positive and grateful.  I have found over the years that it is these two things that make each day amazing if we practice them.

Of course, it is our individual option whether we choose to do them, but if you want to be the best “You” that you can be each day, you cannot be that unless you are positive and are grateful.

For decades Oprah Winfrey has kept a “Grateful Journal” and every morning she will write down at least 5 things she is grateful for.  She states that doing this has changed her life and how she sees each day.

It is also important not only to write down what you are grateful for, but you need to speak them out loud.  When you say what you are grateful for out loud, it seems to embed them deeper into your heart and soul.
