For many of us it is the end of a work week. Hopefully, you have had a good time at work this week and have things you can be grateful for.
If not, take just a moment and shut your eyes and think of one thing that makes you smile, that makes going to work worthwhile, that can be your grateful thought.
I believe that each day we need to wake up and our first thoughts need to be of thankfulness, for the day, for our life, for others around us to have a beautiful day.
When you practice this your day starts out much better than if you did not give thanks and usually causes us to remember to be grateful throughout the day.
