Most of us do not wake up happy every day. We have days when things just don’t feel right and we are out-of-sorts with life. When days or moments like this happen there is one thing we do have and that is a choice. We can choose to be happier than we are at that moment. How? Here are a few things that can trigger happiness:
- Be kind to someone or something.
- State three things you are grateful for.
- Smile, it doesn’t matter if anyone sees it, it is for you.
- Take a walk outside and look at the world around you.
